The Barn
The barn is one large, open-plan space that’s completely yours to transform. Whether your style is romantic and timeless or relaxed and boho, you can bring your vision to life with fairy lights, draping, foliage – whatever makes it feel you. We’re here to help you make it happen.
The barn comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests and includes a dedicated catering space for your chosen suppliers. We now have onsite toilets, complete with quirky beer keg urinals – a fun talking point that fits perfectly with our relaxed, rustic barn vibe!
The Bar
Raise a toast in our charming bar area – perfect for signature cocktails or a classic Devon cider.
Our bar is run entirely by our own in-house team, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration knowing the drinks will flow smoothly all day. Choose from our Meadow, Orchard and Farmhouse packages, or bring your own wine and fizz for a small corkage fee – the choice is entirely yours.

The Lawn
Step outside and you’ll find a beautiful lawn area – perfect for your outdoor ceremony, drinks reception, or even a few lawn games between courses.
As the sun dips, this space transforms into something truly magical – think fire pits, toasting marshmallows, and your guests laughing under the stars.
The Views
We may be biased, but we truly believe Pirzwell Barn offers some of the best views in Devon.
With 360° panoramic countryside views, you’ll be surrounded by rolling fields that stretch from the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to Dartmoor and beyond.
As the sun sets to the west, the barn is bathed in golden light, giving you those unforgettable sunset and golden-hour photos that capture the magic of the day.
Parking
We have a matted parking area which can accommodate up to 44 cars.
Don’t fear, as we also have the field below if you need an overflow parking area.
